Your toddler’s new favourite hobby? Hammering everything in sight.
Save the coffee table and redirect that whack-a-mole energy to this solid rubberwood Pound A Peg bench. With every satisfying thud, a sneaky peg pops up on the other side — like a tiny game of wooden whack-a-mole that never runs out of batteries (or patience). While your little DIY apprentice gleefully pounds away, they are secretly:
1. Bulking up fine and gross motor muscles for future crayon greatness
2. Discovering that actions have reactions (cue evil genius laugh)
3. Practising colour naming so “green peg, please” replaces “Muuum!”
Key features
- Builds fine and gross motor strength through purposeful hammering
- Demonstrates cause and effect for early STEM understanding
- Encourages colour naming and simple pattern activities
- Sustainably crafted from plantation rubberwood with child-safe dyes
- Compact bench tucks easily onto a Montessori shelf or coffee table
QToys are sustainably carved from plantation rubberwood and acacia in a fair-trade workshop, each piece is sealed with plant-based oils, beeswax and food-grade colour dyes, making it totally mouth-safe.
