1. About KidzMart KidzMart ("we", "us", "our") is an online retailer of children's toys and educational products, operating at www.kidzmart.co.nz. We are based in New Zealand and ship to customers across New Zealand.
2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
3. Products We strive to accurately represent all products, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.
5. Orders & Cancellations Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping We ship to New Zealand. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Please note that some products are sourced and shipped from overseas suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are damaged, used, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at info@kidzmart.co.nz . Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Incorrect Items Contact within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund to your original payment method or store credit at your choice, including return shipping costs, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
9. Consumer Rights (NZ) Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
10. Privacy Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, and logos — is owned by KidzMart or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, KidzMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
