2 Tone Zig Zag Racing Cars - QToys | Wooden Montessori Activity NZ

Let curiosity take the wheel with this engaging 2 Tone Zig Zag Racing Car Set by QToys. Designed for tamariki aged 3+, this beautifully crafted wooden toy invites children to release mini cars at the top of a multi-tiered track and watch as they race their way down in a satisfying zig-zag motion.

More than just a delight to watch, the dynamic back-and-forth movement supports visual tracking – a foundational pre-reading skill. As tamariki follow the cars’ path, they naturally strengthen the eye coordination needed for scanning lines of text later on.

Crafted from sustainably sourced timber and featuring a rich two-tone natural finish, this set includes three compact wooden cars and a freestanding ramp built for endless repeat play. Whether solo or with siblings, it’s a delightful way to build focus, coordination and joy in motion.
