Wooden Sound Blocks - 15 Pcs - QToys | Montessori Toy NZ

Rattles, rhythms, and real moments of discovery. These Wooden Sound Blocks from QToys are the kind of toy you’ll find under the couch years later – and still not want to part with.

Crafted from sustainably sourced rubberwood, this 15-piece set combines bright colours, smooth textures, and gentle rattling sounds to spark sensory play from babyhood through the toddler years. Each block is a different shape and size, inviting little hands to grasp, shake, stack, and explore. Perfect as a first rattle for babies or as a creative building set for toddlers beginning to explore cause and effect, these blocks support Montessori-style exploration and independent learning.

As your child grows, these blocks evolve from a sensory tool into a gateway for colour and shape recognition, fine motor development, and even early rhythm games. (Yes, shaking blocks to the beat of a Wiggles song totally counts as music appreciation.)

With their durable design and soothing natural tones, this set is a long-lasting, open-ended toy that nurtures foundational skills through joyful, hands-on play.
