Wooden Lower Case Letter Tracing Board - QToys | Montessori Toy NZ

Skip the wobbly crayons on scrap paper and hand your preschooler a board that does the coaching for you – no bribery biscuits required.

The QToys Wooden Lower Case Tracing Board turns ABC practice into a soothing, tactile ritual. Young hands guide the included stylus through each silky smooth groove, quietly building the grip strength and muscle memory they will need for “big-school” writing.

Too much energy to sit? Sprinkle sand, dried lentils or even play dough into the letters and watch the alphabet become a mini sensory tray (bonus: five sneaky minutes for you to reheat that cuppa). Montessori educators love the concrete, left-to-right layout that scaffolds real-world literacy, while parents appreciate the durable rubberwood that survives enthusiastic toddler testing. From first finger-traces to confident word building, this heirloom piece grows with your child – and never runs out of ink.
